Born in Texas City, Texas, Brian attended Texas A&M University wherein he earned a B.A. degree in Business Analysis. After graduating from Texas A&M, Brian attended South Texas College of Law. During law school, Brian had the honor of being selected a member of the Law Review, earned the Dean's Merit Scholarship, was selected for the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society, as well as served as intern for a United States District Judge. Brian’s tenure as an intern in the federal court provided him with a significant advantage in trial analysis and strategy as he began his practice.

After law school, Brian accepted a position at a large regional law firm where he represented large corporations and insurance companies in a variety of cases. Brian handled cases involving offshore injury, admiralty and maritime injuries, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, defective products and medical devices, injuries at industrial sites, injuries in War Zones, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, as well as breach of contract and collection matters.

Brian formed White Flood, PLLC in order to bring his experience and skill gained in defending large corporations and insurance companies to benefit injured persons and others. Based upon his significant experience providing legal advice to corporations and insurance companies, Brian has a unique and extensive understanding of not only how those companies evaluate the worth of a claim, but he also has a solid understanding of how best to achieve the maximum recovery to which a person is entitled. Brian treats every case as if it was his own and is dedicated to victory for his clients.

Brian has been the lead trial lawyer on both sides of the docket for clients involved in many cases. Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), American Bar Association (ABA), Christian Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), and was selected to attend the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Trial Skills Seminar.
